I have two queries
1. Which state has the cheapest and easiest admission requirements for step III.
2. I am awaiting CSA score report, oasis says it's mailed 10 days ago. Also need to give step III ASAP. But the new transcript verification rules of ECFMG require the 1st, 2nd and third MBBS marksheets verification (which is underway I believe). Therefore I am not certain as to when I will actually receive ECFMG ceritificate.
Also most state boards would waste some time trying to read through your long applications and then allow you to write step III, so does anybody think that I can go ahead and apply for step III and allow the overlap to actually save time for me.
