I had taken my step 3 and recenlty got results, I flunked....took it too lightly coz i thought i don't need to study as hard as i am already a resident...obviously my mistake.....I took it from IL and now iam interested to take it from Florida to get rid of 7 yr rule. thou i have some time on my hand b4 my 7 yrs are up but i still wanna appl from florida, can i do it now, even thou i appreared b4 from IL ...please ans back, anyone . thnx
