This is caller LR cases internal medicine

there are cases very well explained
If you decided to go thrugh, do it in this way:
Read the case
Go directly to the answer
Read the Pearl section
Do not stop in other details ( for the purpose of step 2 ck)
You DO NOT HAVE to do this...I mean this is not a core book in step 2 ck preparation...so do not freak out if you do not have the time to do it.
