To every single resident or resident to be, premier review is a great course for step 3. It is very specific and detailed compared to kaplan. My two digit score jumped by 11 points with 1 month of studying premier review and doing Q-bank. Kaplan is long and not strait forward.
I personally recommend Premier review I passed and im done. Anybody looking to pass step 3, do yourself a BIG FAVOR and look into the material. I month of 6-8 hours a day you will pass garaunteed.
