Whats the difference between the 4 forms of NMBE Tests? Is there some difficulty level difference? I am planning to take two of these. Which ones should I take?

take 2 first, that has more pathology, physiology, more accurate
nbme 4 is tough, more on biochemistry, molecular biology.
nbme 3, its tougher than 2,
