Combining Respiratory exam and CVS exam - obinna

Hey can someone outline the step by step technique of combining the respiratory and CVS exam so you don't have to tell the SP to lie down, sit and lie down again. How is it meant to be done or must it be done seperately. Hope I'm making sense.

YOu can bring to stethoscopes and place one over the heart, and the other over the lungs at the same timel. I think that will do the trick..
