How about filing law suits against residency program with age discrimination if you have high USMLE scores? Or tell them that their GRADUATION YEAR CUTOFF regardless of USMLE scores is nothing more than a sign 'OLD MEDICAL GRADUATES NEED NOT APPLY EVEN IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB YOU ARE APPLYING FOR.' There are many federal and state laws against age discrimination in employment. Those laws are designed to pretect old qualified workers who happen to be older than other applicants. It is against the laws to give job preference based on age regardless of qualification.
