How do you report to the appropriate authorities for diseases and abuse on CCS? I tried but cant figure it out....Anybody out there know how?

Reporting is listed maybe search all options

Social services consult is one way maybe

And say why

For-
Reportable diseases----- notify public health department.
Child abuse...................child protective services
Elder abuse----------------social services
