hi,

can someone axpplain to me what kind of acid-base it cause and the mechanism?

what is the difference bt. rotator cuff tear and rotator cuff tendinitis in treatment?

its hypokalemic alkalosis
mechanism is loss off HCL > decrease acid in dudenum >decrease HCO3 release from pancreastic or bile secreation [not sure which one] increase bicarb in body.
