I am confused about picking a state for the Step 3 registration. Each states are kind of different and I don't know where would be I matched in the future.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

It doesn´t matter where you will be matched in the future. Just choose a state that doesn´t require previous residency training, for example connecticut or Texas
