Nephritic Syndrome
_________________ Hematuria with dysmorphic red cells and red cell cast in urine. Azotemia and oliguria Hypertension Mild to moderate Proteinuria. RPGN : Features similar like hematutia but rapid onset and progress to Acute renal failure.

its major cause of nephrotic syndrome... its seen in people taking pencillamine, nsaids, gold etc. tumours of colon, lung. infections like hep B ,C... lupus.
