51 yrs old male present with warm in the groin region, he think the feeling is normal but his wife insist that he should check the doctor. examination was remakable for left testicular vericocele which is warm on touch, BP 150/90, pulse 82, lungs clear and S3 +. base on your suspection whcih of the following is presumptive diagnosis untill lab tests comes.

A renal cancer
B prostate cancer
C rectal cancer
D mediastinum mass

A - renal because left testicular vein drains into left renal vein
