Hi Fellows.........i need advice

I got 87 in step-1
My CSA result ll come on OCT/NOV
CK , not started yet.
LOR , 2 from out patient clinic
this 2008 , is my 5 YR CUT OFF point.

Should i apply for this yr match with only 1 result on hand
OR
Make my Cv strong with step-3 & observership , n apply next yr.
