24000 for a CRA position?
a CRA is paid well above 50000.

Sure I will pay 50000 for a qualified CRA and anyone who has that qualification is wellcome to apply. (In this market we even have people who are willing to pay an institution eg one month oberservership?)

Not for nothing I dont really see any offers for jobs on the forum.

And this is USA -- no one is forced to do anything.
