None of the above. Because any of the above require certain education and licensing. If you have no licence, then you are nobody.

clinical assistant doesn't to have a licence.

I did work as an clinical assistant for 4 years in an harvard affiliated hospital, and the only thing they do is training you.

I think u can say observership or an extenship if you were actually taking history and physical exam, and writing up patient notes. That's the more common things IMG are allowed to do b4 starting residency in the U.S

I am talking about Canada where I was paid for assisting a doctor in a private clinic. I have 2 years of experience in this clinic. Then what term would you use...I am actually confused

clinical assistant would sound more appealing ... but do give proper description of what you actually did
