hi i failed in CS exam and is planning to reappear for it in sep...so when should i start applying 2 sep or after i appear in CS exam...ur opinion is highly regarded...thanks in advance

i remember you had pretty good board scores other than CS.

it might be okay to apply early. the programs that like you despite CS will contact you. for the others that dont, you could contact the programs later after passing.

does anyone else have any opinions?

definitely get help to pass CS this time.

You should apply , just anderstand that many here are ECFMG cert. But many things counts for an IV: usmle score, year of graduation and research, USCE and your visa status. I did that mistake last year and it cost me a spot. It was a combination of late application, late medical school verification and late ECFMG cert. and the only interview I had, the PD told me he will ranked only I had the certificate.


Learn from my mistake, if you have all your documents, just apply as long as you can afford it.
