Why does this happen in children below 1 year of age?

kidney is unable to handle content of cow's milk which contain too much protein, sodium, and potassium. and

Ok here we go...Cow`s milk has high protien content ,so causes solute overload of kidneys and leads to leaking of RBCs ..thus causing microscopic hematuria and Iron defeciency anemia(This is especailly seen in kids who drink more tha 64 ounces of cow`s milk/day)
