Hello, I have two rooms available starting Nov1. Since it is less than 3mths rent is 150/wk (not available for less than 4wks please) plus ur use of electricity which is split between 3 (it is usually not alot). Its location is in Queens NY. Close to major highways also 15min walk to subway. Rent includes heat and internet. If you are interested let me know.
