received this e mail jus now...........from SIU....

My secretary has received many phone calls from applicants inquiring about
their interview date. I will work on scheduling all of your interviews
tomorrow, October 15th.

Same for me, i sent email about preferred dates on 13th and got an immediate response that she was going to be out of office(maybe coz of columbus day). Didnt call but got the same general email yesterday,so far no confirmation. What about you? Looks like they might take some time.
