I have applied for 100 programs on sep 9th, have got 10 rejections and 2 IV so far,
95/99/CS+ 2004 GRAD, need visa. (1 month USCE observership)
Is that normal this year? why didn't I get more?
Pls help.

seriously? WHY IS that? How many ivs are people getting? even those with 90+ scores

thats beause theres about million other with similar credentials as you.... if not better... more people less to go around..

how can i improve my chances..... more usce? publications? .....????? get a GC? run for president? LOL!

2. More fish to choose from

4. More applicants with USCE and publications
