when pt on routine has been brought with htn then we call him on two more occasions..whats the interval in which i have to call him!

pre normal---->2 yrs

normal----> 1 yr

stage 1 ----> 2 months

stage 2 -----> 1 month but if >180/110 admit and treat stat
