Applying to Step 3 - miraclemaker22

Hey Folks:

I am still waiting for my Step 2 CK score, but was wondering whether I can go ahead and apply for Step 3 since the application process by itself takes 2-4 weeks (which is the amount of time it takes for me to get CK score). Any suggestions?? Should I wait till I get my CK score to apply or should I apply now???
