at the end of case, with time left.... - med2004

lets say, i complete all the required investigations and patient improves, and i send him home to see me on a later date....and i get all this done in,lets say, 10-12 mins....then do i have to wait for the warning screen to enter my diagnosis(i think at 20 mins) or can i put the diagnosis earlier????and how????
