Typically the condition resolves on its own. In the interim, pain control using NSAIDs is indicated. Stretching the hamstrings and application of ice after workouts is helpful

sir it is humble request in ur kind honor, can u write all options here . it will help us to think that why they choosen anything else rather to nsaids. first make a mind that this didease healed on its own. no RX required in genreal. it is self remitting disease. if pt is crying for pain and eating the brain of physcian for pain pain pain , thn we give nsaids. otherwise if pt remain silent, he will be all right in next 7 days.
