can any tell me what is the best way to prepare for step 1. like to read brs books/ or nms books or just kaplan notes. plz tell me and give me a complete form of advice. thanks people.

ok here it is i will tell you an advice and up to you
Kaplan Kaplan Kapln books on every thing except:
Pathology..... dont even try to study from kaplan or brs try to get goljian notes it will help you alotits excelent.
Pharmacology.......Lippncottes is much better than kaplan.
Bacteriology kaplan is not that bad but you could try to read something else (whatever)they all the same
every thing else from kaplan.
One more time you have to get Goljian notes much better than first aid it sells for about $100 but its worth it.
questions is the key to the exam try to do as much questions as you could.
