When a senior resident is a liar...and lies only to put you in trouble.
That happened, guys...not silly.

we should try our best to not have calls with him

if its inevitable, this is what i would do:

confront the senior resident, ask him if theres a problem he sees or is it some crap in my head?
if he is not approachable, talk to the chief resident.
if it continues, talk to the faculty.
if it still continues, you may want to carry a camera to tape some proof

an absolute no-no would be to talk to his co-residents or your co-residents.

i stopped searching for research now. i will try to start step 3. i know next time again i will be in match forum. nothing possible by 2 IVs.
