yes it is little bit.....cos most of the programs want new grads but you can cover it with high scores and some clinical experience in usa

unless you apply for FM. Most programs prefer mature people for such residency.

will it be a waste if u become a 7year old graduate by the time u pass all the exams and apply for residency will there be no chance for 7 old graduate for any residency
