According to the first aid they will also give a case where the cocaine is affecting the patient heart , and you can mention that in your closer , you will say that you will recommend that he stops the use of cocaine since it can lead to heart attacks in a case of patient with chest pain or myocardial infarction.
Or if the patient is an abuser ask him how he takes it injection or smoke if it is injection talks about precaution and use of needles and share needles,
