Important Q regarding the pt note - bawi

Hi friends

I was wondering if we are supposed to write just the system we examined in the physical examination section of the exam .for example if in a neuro case ,i run short of tome and i barely get to do the neuro exam ,do i have to mention anything about the CVS or Respi or just write the neuro findings in the patient note

Please reply .my exam is approaching soon

does any1 know how much space is available for typing PN in terms of number of characters b/c if we practice directly from the site , there is alot of space and no status bar showing how much space is remainning....
