Most like the blurring of the vision will be diabetic patient with poor blood glucose control. In the work up you can write
CBC with differential Fasting blood glucose and HbA1c Lipid profile UA, microalbumin, BUN, Cr Dropler U/S carotid artery

we can also write ESR,temporal artey biopsy if hx & PE r suggestive of temporal arteritis.

what about direct and indirect retinoscopy/ are we supposed to do it there/ make a requissition for it?
