2.what is T/T for HUS

3. in ITP whats treatment

1. STx form: No therapy is proven effective; dialysis for acute renal failure (60-80% of children transiently require dialysis)
2. non-STx form: Plasma exchange within 24 hours of the patient's presentation to decrease treatment failures continued for 2 days after complete remission; CI in Strepto pneumoniae form of non-STx HUS;
