1.how to diff laryngomalacia and vascular ring
in both it gets worse on crying and relieved on neck extension 2.what is T/T for HUS steroid or plasmapherisis or dialysis (whats the order) 3. in ITP whats treatment steroid or ivig (whats order)

HUS treatment
1. STx form: No therapy is proven effective; dialysis for acute renal failure (60-80% of children transiently require dialysis) 2. non-STx form: Plasma exchange within 24 hours of the patient's presentation to decrease treatment failures continued for 2 days after complete remission; CI in Strepto pneumoniae form of non-STx HUS;

1...laryngomalacia...only larynx affected...vascular ring--usaually both eso+larynx affected so also have dysphagia
