pls i tried to print the dsf but it only said document successfully generated.How do i get to print the form since its supposed to accompany any documents.Please i need a response ooooooo.

hi , you have to disable cookies from your computer. i will come as a pop up on your screen.i hope it helps

sorry to be patronizing, but i'm giving my response without assuming anything:
1. do u have adobe acrobat reader installed?
2. i think monocyte means that u have to disable the pop blocker and enable cookies
3. what browser are u using? try mozilla firefox if internet explorer is giving problems or vice versa
4. if still having problems, then reinstall the browser then the adobe acrobat reader
5. use another computer if nothing else works

ok. I had the same problem I tried every thing I talked to the ecfmg people they tried to help still did not work finally they told me to write my info. on a sheat of paper that will be my own DSF and send it with my letters I did so and waiting for it to be scanned.
