is a pic with a tie and suit or at least a tie essential for the eras pic? a friend pointed out that could be another reason for lack of interviews..no tie or suit in my pic? any input pls...so deressing

hey..i have a pic wid a tee
and i have 6 and countin... theres no correlation or i may be way too gud lookin (*modest*)

It is not a must.. for sure.. I had my last year pic without tie or suit.. I got many interviews.
