A 76 year old..with bilateral crepitus of knees and bony prominences at proximal tibial bones with slightly increased urea and creatinine and potassium 6.3 is due to which drug?

1 atenelol
2furosemide
3naproxen
4nitrates
5 potassium suplements

guess its naproxen

bilateral creptius with bony spurs(oseophtyes)---> osteoarthritis
increased urea and Cr with hyperkalemia---> Nsaid which the pt is taking for the osteoarthritis

other option atenelol causes hypokalemia
furosemide causes hypokalemia
nitrartes no idea..wat i know nither hypo nor hyper kalemia

potassium suplements no indication for potassium supplement in this pt
