hi, i got iv from this program. but they require us to send them ' attested form ' containing information regarding our usmle scores and attempts needed for them. i dont know how anyone going to attest it, the reason is I dont have any original document for usmle scores. so how I we deal with this problem? please someone help me with this. My credentials are 91,93, pass, few months of usce, gc.
