Regarding the North Shore reject letter, I am sorry that you guys felt bitter, and rightly so. Its a revolting letter. But maybe we should spare some thought for the cancer patients in his care (if the person is indeed Dr. Jacobson).

Anyway, that was a very unprofessional letter; and who knows, maybe the rejection was a blessing in disguise. Who would want to work with a PD like that. So stay optimistic and all the best.
