Hi Dr belibi

Can you pls advise me if I need to take copies of my submitted publications (not accepted yet ) to the programs with me ,just for authenticity .

They are still undergiong editing but I have preliminary copies ...should I take them with me ?
And hand them over to PD or the PC ?

This kind of interaction occurs with the PC not the PD.

I suppose the PC's office is in your town. Go there physically and discuss your application with her. Hand her a copy. Be warm and friendly. If a PC likes you, she can make a lot of things happen for you.
