I have heard about hospitals that get money and give us the position without this much of trouble .is that true ?does anyone knows about this way of getting position ?

Yes it is true osteofos! But this is true for those that are ecfmg certified and are citizens of Emirates.They send their graduates (after they write their usmle exams )into the residency programs in usa.They pay to the hospitals for that.They do not go through the match.
At the end they write the boards and go back in their country.So nothing to do with you that are seeking to stay and practice here and be paid by American hospitals,is that right?

Why are people from south of the border being allowed to work as Medical Assistants when they are not legal to begin with and do not have any training in Medical Assisting?
