I have a set of kaplan lecture notes which I purchased new last year. They have some highlighting and notes in the margins, but are very readable. The Q Book does not have any markings at all. I also have a cd with kaplan audio lectures, pathology slides, and practice questions. In addition, I have a Goljan cd with the lectures and complete lecture notes.
