4 mo old infant is brought to dermatologist for thick erythematous skin with fine scaling mainly inv face.the mother reports infant is always scratching his face.older brother has same problem.
lab shows:
rbc:5.1 million/mm3
wbc: 12000/mm3
neutrophils-80%
eosinophils 3%
basophils 1%
lymphocytes 5%
monocytes 6%
platelet count 35,000/mm3,smaller in size
Ig levels are :
IgA- 120mg/dl
IgM-15mg/dl
IgG-900mg/dl
IgE-2300mg/dl
this is associated with increased incidence of which of following?
1)basal cell
2)NHL
3)hodgkins
4)squamous cell ca
5)melanoma

looks like wiskot allderich ...............eczema and low platelet with ing ige
lymphoma dont know which one
