I thought euthyroid sick syndrome has high T4 that cant be converted to T3?

euthyroid sick syndrome is also called as low t3 syndrome

exogenous has high t4, t3 and low tsh or n tsh.................also gland shows follicular atrpophy and anti thyroid antibody also present
