Hi
I think that you should ask about the sexual habits- esp oral sex (Neisseria Gonnorhea Pharyngitis).

Thanks with answering.

I'm concerned about the patient being below 18

Is there anything we shud do like consent of treatment from parents or so ?

The door will say patient has parental consent, if it doesnt ask them child if her mom and dad gave a note or something allowing this visit. Be mindful though for a pregnancy test, or STD or BC a child doesnt need consent to be treated. Also a pregnant under 17 is considered adult for treatment purposes

BC means birth control. Also a child under 18 living on his own and supporting himself is considered adult too, married, have done military service
This is called emancipation, state laws vary though but on test if in such situations generally it will be emancipated child or will have consent already
