hi, should we check bp in htn follow up ??, if doorway information gives just one reading and does not mention to check again , thanx like if doorway says check it then of course we will do ,, but if nothing is mentioned then ???

I didnt do BP in any case, just tell patient you will do it after you come back in the room (acting) and write in your plan
