A few questions to discuss:
1. How to ask about aura? Is simply asking about vision blurriness enough?
2 How to ask about relationship between headache and menses? Can I say: Is there any relationship of the headaches and your menses?
3.Do we need to include LP for workup in all headache cases or only those with fever,confusion and apppears sick?
