yes i had a good sleep..........which is must.....
block 1 was mild tough....keep my head cool.....
taken 4-5 break after every block.....
of course stretching of limbs..neck message and washing face ...simple but refreshing tricks
2nd block was tough....even tough then UW...
but after 3...7 was smooth....
most of the question from patho and pharma..
exam was very much similar to UW...
got 1 x-ray, 1 angio , 1 ct , 2 mri , 1 urography, 1 barium study .... it was easy.... tough i m radiologist but trust me any 1 can solve it if basic anatomy is clear...
got 3 video clips....i never heard any murmur in my life but it was crystal clear ....eg AR murmur with typical pistol shot sound..with neck bulging... most of person get it.
stick to the basic ...apply logic ... u ll defiantly get through ..
use almost all 1 hour time 4 break..... and relax
and yes any 1 want NBME 2 to 6 ... u r most welcome
