one day afer missing her dialysis a 27 yr old women comes to the physician becuz of generalized weakness .her BP 95/72 pulse 45 and regular ex shows well functioning av fistula in the left upper extremity muscle strength is 3/5 in all extremities.an ECG shows third degree AV block.lab studies order which of the following is the most apropraite next step in mgmnt

no one replied fo this one but any how i actually googled this n they said that hyerkalemia lead to varying degree of heart block so thats why ans should ne iv admin of calcium gluconate instead pacemaker.
