Hi,
Ii only got 48% for stimulated USMLE step1 test from Kaplan Medicine. I would like to the step 1 next month (already postpone one time). I wonder whether I should cancel the exam? any suggestions? I appreciate your help very much

yes. extend you exam date. your score is quite low. you need to do more questions.

It doe'nt matter how many times you have to post pone . The issuse here is not whether or not you study or not, the issue here is whetehr you know your stuff in order to get the score you desire. I think you shouuld postpone , but don't set a date set a grade a percentage you wish to obtain and with which you feel confortable sitting in the exam room.
