i have heard that pharmacology is asked a lot in step 2,my concern is that,if they do ask about mechanism of action of the drugs?

It more of side effects and in ref to management.
Not of much of mech of action. so, dont fret too much over it.

neeti, niva and ninila are right. the most tested are the side efects.
