i think q is incomplete ....one recieved live and other killed so difference will be duodenal IgA which present in live OPV..

,,,if his brother recieved killed ,he won't have humoral imm response and thus ,no antibody will be produced,,,its hi CMI RESPONSE.
IS it IgA related to the original route of entrance of that virus...?is there any thing mentioned about GIT symptoms in the original question? |
