MSU sparrow gives ivs only to GC holders i heard...

not entirely sure abt their prematch policy.
in any case, they were the first to send out rejections. i guess they have a pretty decisive PD.

me too....not indian, no GC...got an iv next month.....but was just thinking about their tradition....may be for an Iv offer that are not the req but for match ....might matter.

never heard any thing abou MSU prematch.....they like experience,research, publication.

I went to that university to meet a friend and there are lot of indians, nepaleans, pakistanesse and fijjians there....faculty is white and indian mixed.

about 70-80% residents and alumni are from India....but that does not mean that they do not consider any other nationality. If your credential is impressive they are gonna consider u as seriously as they are about an indian candiadate...so, go ahead and good luck for your position in MSU.
